How To Use Phentatrim
Directions: Take TWO capsules 30 minutes before breakfast, TWO capsules 30 minutes before lunch, and TWO capsules 30 minutes before dinner. Take each serving with a 300ml glass of water.
Warning: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Taking this product without adequate fluids can be a choking hazard. Do not remove to eat or drink the powder from the capsules. Those who have difficulty swallowing are advised not to use glucomannan-based products. This product is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

At this stage my opinion is this is suitable for steady and gradual weight loss. For faster weight loss I think I’d need to use a fat burner as well.
