Where’s my refund?

If you’ve returned your items to us but haven’t yet received your refund:

Please first check we’ve received the return. If you used a delivery service with tracking, check the tracking information for further details. Please include these tracking details if you need to contact us.

If your return is still in transit, you will need to wait for it to be delivered and checked before a refund can be issued.

As outlined in our returns policy, once received it can take up to 14 days for us to check your return and refund you.

Once a refund has been issued please allow for your bank’s processing times for your refund to show in your account.

Processing times vary between banks and can be prolonged in the case of bank holidays.

After we have issued your refund it is then your bank’s responsibility to process and return the funds to your account. Whilst unfortunate, we are unable to assist where your bank has caused a delay with your refund.
