When paying by card, it is now a requirement that your transaction is verified before you can complete your order. This is known as secure payment authentication.
During checkout, you might be asked to complete an additional step before your payment can be made. This could involve entering a passcode sent via text to the mobile phone registered to your bank account, or by using your banking app to approve your payment.
If you are shown an authenication request, please do not keep on attempting to checkout without completing the action required. You will not be able to get around authentication by ignoring it, and you might end up blocking your own card.
If you have been authenicated but your payment was declined, please carefully double-check your name, address, card details before pressing the place order button, paying particular attention to your address and postcode, card number, three-digit CVV number, and the expiry date. Any one of these being incorrect will result in your payment being declined.
If you are unable to use a banking app to verify your payment, please use PayPal instead.
You do not need a PayPal account when using the guest checkout option. Your bank card might already be pre-authorised when paying via PayPal services.
To use the guest checkout option, select PayPal and choose the black ‘debit or credit card’ button.

We’ll keep working to help make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused.
