Your order can be cancelled but you’ll need to act quickly.
Once submitted, orders are sent for despatch at the next available collection by our courier partners.
When your order is sent for despatch will depend on when you placed the order––most orders placed before midday Monday – Friday will despatch the same day.
This means there is a limited window for cancelling your order before despatch.
If your order has not yet been processed for despatch we can cancel your order and refund your payment.
If your order has been processed for despatch, or has already been despatched, we will not be able to cancel your delivery. Once a parcel is in transit, to cancel your order you will first need to return the unopened parcel to us. When we receive it back a refund can then be issued.
