Despatch Times
We ship orders from our UK distribution hub Monday to Friday, not including bank holidays.
Most orders will be shipped within one working day; some orders, if placed in time, will be despatched the same day. Orders placed during the weekend will despatch the first following working day.
Free Shipping
We now offer free shipping on all orders over £39.
Our free shipping offer primarily uses Royal Mail Tracked 48. This service is fully trackable, and aims to deliver within 2 – 3 days from despatch. Please note that this window is not a guarantee––please check with Royal Mail for any service-related issues.
We may, from time to time, use other delivery partners, such as Evri and DPD. We’ll let you know how your order is arriving in your order despatch email.
Delivery Upgrades
Royal Mail Tracked 24
This service aims to deliver the next working day after despatch, though in some instances it may take longer; Royal Mail advises 1 – 2 working days. Working day means Monday to Friday; this means orders despatched Friday would be due for delivery the following Monday.

DPD Standard
This fully-trackable service aims to deliver within two working days from despatch. For same-day despatch please place your order by midday, Monday – Friday. This service does not include delivery during the weekend.

DPD Next Day
This fully-trackable service aims to deliver the next working day after despatch. For same-day despatch, you will need to place your order by midday, Monday – Friday. This service does not include delivery during the weekend. Orders placed on Fridays will be delivered the following Monday.

All services are subject to availability. Any local or regional limitations, for example, remote location delivery times, will apply.

Please check a particular courier before purchasing an upgrade to make sure they can deliver to your location, and within the times stated.
Despatch Confirmation
We’ll send your order despatch email after your parcel has been collected by the courier. These emails are usually sent the same day as collection and, in some instances, the following day.
If you haven’t received your tracking email, please check your spam folder. You can also use the order tracking page.
For international orders, your order will be sent using Royal Mail International. When your parcel arrives in your country, your domestic postal service will complete the delivery. You’ll be able to use your Royal Mail tracking number with your domestic postal service tracking platform.
Delivery Issues

In the first instance, please refer to your parcel’s tracking information for details of any issues.
Whilst regrettable, during busy periods it is reasonable to expect delays being possible. When this happens, all we can ask is that you please allow additional time for the courier to deliver your parcel.
By statute, a parcel has a 30-day window in which to be delivered, regardless of the delivery service used. If your parcel has been delayed beyond 30 days, we would then consider this to be a lost parcel. It’s rare for this to happen, on such occasions please contact us to let us know.
