By placing an order you are entering into an agreement.
These terms and conditions apply to all orders and related transactions between Us (Opti Nutra Processing Limited) and You (the customer).
(B) Legal Agreement.
By purchasing products from us you accept, without limitation, qualification or modification, the terms and conditions set out below (the “Terms”). By purchasing products, you acknowledge that you are bound by the Terms.
If you do not wish to be bound by the Terms you should not place an order with us.
No variation to the Terms shall be binding unless agreed in writing between you and one of our Directors.
We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.
When using our website we will collect the information you give us, be this when placing an order, subscribing to a newsletter or email, leaving a product review or article comment, filling in a form, and any other method of data collection you willingly submit to by using our website.
This information will be used by Us to enter or perform our contract with You, to comply with our legal obligations, or to pursue our legitimate interests, subject to where these are overridden by your interests, rights, or freedoms.
Terms and Conditions relating to the sales of products
1: Contract Formation
By placing an order, you are indicating to us the products you wish to purchase. Your order shall constitute an offer to us to purchase products. We are free to accept or decline this offer. Any initial acknowledgment of your order does not constitute acceptance of it. We reserve our right to accept or decline your order at our own discretion. Our acceptance of your order will be confirmed when we process and despatch your order. Upon this acceptance, the contract between You and Us shall be formed.
2: Entire Agreement
Every order, our acceptance of an order, and the supply of products pursuant to an order will be governed by these Terms. These Terms constitute the entire understanding between You and Us. The terms supersede any terms stipulated by You, be this in any order or in any negotiation or dealing at any time between You and Us.
All descriptions, images, prices, and related information of Products provided are for guidance only and should be considered a general idea of the Products offered. Nothing contained in any description, image, price, or related information shall form any part of these Terms.
3: Price & Payment
All prices shown are unless clearly expressed otherwise, inclusive of UK VAT and inclusive of our standard postage and packaging.
Prices may differ with other retailers.
You may pay by Visa Credit and Debit, MasterCard Credit and Debit, Discover, and PayPal. We do not guarantee your payment method will be accepted at checkout.
You should make your payment in the currency displayed. Where a currency conversion takes place we are not responsible for the resulting price paid as exchange rates are not something we can reasonably control.
Products will only be despatched by Us after we have received full payment and have accepted your order.
4: Delivery and Availability
We will deliver our products to a majority of addresses. Where exceptions exist, you will be notified of this at checkout where the exemption will prevent you from placing an order.
By accepting our ‘free delivery’ option, we will deliver Products to you via a courier or postal service of our choice (the “carrier”) to the shipping address that you have given us.
We will use your preferred carrier and service should you request a particular shipping upgrade at checkout. If we are unable to fulfil your request, be this by our choice or an issue with the carrier, we will refund you the price paid for the shipping upgrade and revert to using our free delivery.
Packages returned to us as undeliverable or uncollected will not be reshipped without prior agreement. We reserve the right to charge for subsequent delivery costs. Any refund issued for returned packages will be for the cost of the product and any standard delivery charges. No refund will be provided for shipping service upgrades.
All deliveries are subject to Product availability and are not time-limited. We will indicate if products are out of stock on our website; this information will be available to you prior to placing any order. We are under no obligation to accept orders for a Product that is not in stock. If there is a delay we will notify you as soon as we can; we reserve the right to cancel orders for unavailable items.
We offer no guarantee of delivery times and delivery services. Where a specific delivery service has been requested, eg. next day, we will do our best to make sure it is satisfied. We accept no liability for events outside of our control.
Any diversion of our delivery methods is done so at your own liability and risk. This includes, and is not limited to, the use of a ‘safe place’ or rerouting your parcel to an address other than the one printed on our shipping label. At the moment of diversion, You legally become the risk holder, and our obligations are deemed fulfilled.
We are permitted thirty (30) days from the time you place your order in which to deliver your Products to you. We will endeavour to fulfill this requirement as soon as is possible. If this will not be possible we will notify you and give you a new date for delivery and the option to cancel your order with us.
5: Inspection, Delivery Delays, and Non-Delivery
You are responsible for inspecting the Products as soon as is reasonably practicable after delivery. If you fail to give notice otherwise the Products shall be deemed to be in good order and free from defects that would be reasonably apparent upon examination; You shall be deemed to have accepted the Products accordingly.
If you establish that a Product is faulty, you must notify us of the defect as soon as is possible and no later than 14 days from the date you received the Product. If later than 14 days and the defect was not readily apparent you should notify us without delay. Your sole remedy for defective Products shall be limited to (i) the replacement of the Product at no further cost to yourself or (ii) a refund for the Product in full or in part.
If we require you to return the Products to us because they are defective we will reimburse any reasonable costs you incurred in returning them.
Queries about Product quantities received must be made within seven (7) days of the date you received the items.
Queries about the non-delivery of Products must be made no later than thirty (30) days from the date of despatch. Without prejudice, we shall not be obliged to entertain any query made after this time.
6: Passing of Risk and Title
The risk of loss or damage to, and title to, the products ordered shall pass to you upon delivery of the product. You adopt this risk sooner should you choose to divert our delivery method. This, for example, includes the use of a ‘safe place’ or delivering to a nominated neighbour.
7: Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your purchase within fourteen (14) days of the date the product is delivered. This is your statutory ‘cooling-off period’. To cancel your order pursuant to this right, you should contact our customer services promptly.
If you are in possession of the products ordered, you will need to return them in unused condition. A refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the products returned. If you upgraded your delivery service at checkout, the cost of this upgrade will not be included in your refund.
If we have not yet despatched your products, your order will be cancelled and a refund issued.
When returning items you should always retain your proof of postage. We recommend that you use a service with some form of delivery tracking or confirmation as we will not be liable for missing packages. You will be responsible for your return postage and packaging costs when exercising your right to cancel.
You have the right to cancel an order as set out in the previous section.
In line with consumer regulations, we are not obliged to accept a return or provide a refund for Products that have been opened and used.
With our prior agreement a refund may be offered for Products returned if they are received back factory sealed, unused, and in a resaleable condition, and if they are received no later than 30 days from the date they were delivered. Without prejudice, we shall not be obliged to entertain any query made after this time.
As a courtesy, we offer a 60-Day Guarantee for new customers, applicable to their first order with us.
The 60-Day Guarantee is a returns window and permits the usage of a single unit of Product regardless of the number of units received. If you ordered a pre-made bundle of Products, one unit would be classed as one unit of each Product that comprises the bundle. If you ordered multiple products not sold by us as a pre-made bundle, you can use a single unit of a single Product.
You must contact us no later than 60 days from the date your order was placed to initiate a return under the terms of the 60-Day Guarantee. The main terms of the 60-Day Guarantee are:
- you are a new customer and this is your first order;
- you have used only ONE unit of Products, be it a single product or a pre-made bundle;
- you have contacted us no later than 60 days from the date you placed your order;
- you will be required to return all the items received, including Products that have been opened, to the address we provide;
- you understand your items will be inspected before any refund is issued.
Please note that while the Products remain in your possession you are under a duty to ensure that the Products are kept safe and secure and in a suitable condition.
You are responsible for the cost of returning your items. You should write your address, as the sender, on the outside of your parcel, in case there is a problem with your parcel. You should always obtain proof of postage. We are not responsible for your parcel until the moment it is delivered back to us.
We are under no obligation to pay any fees incurred should you underpay your return postage costs. Should we choose, at our discretion, to pay any fees incurred due to underpayment of postage, this will be done on your behalf and will be deducted from your refund.
We reserve the right to make a deduction from any refund if items are returned damaged or incomplete. We will take reasonable steps to inform you that a deduction has been made; we will not, however, be obliged to negotiate the sum deducted.
We reserve the right to reject claims made using the 60-Day Guarantee under certain circumstances including and not limited to:
- we have provided you with additional Products or discounts;
- your order has been customised;
- you’ve previously claimed not to have received your Products despite valid tracking showing otherwise, and we have reshipped your order at our own expense;
- you’ve accepted an exchange of Products or services

Customer services are generally available between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) but no warranty or representation is given by us as to the availability of these services.
We will not be liable for any economic or business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill, or wasted expenditure) or for any indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when a contract for the sale of goods by us to you was formed.
Nothing in these Terms shall be read as limiting our liability for death, personal injury or fraud arising from negligence on our part.
We do not guarantee our websites will be compatible with your devices. We accept no liability for any losses of any kind resulting from your usage of our website.
Nothing in these Terms shall affect your statutory rights.
11: Force Majeure
We shall not be liable or deemed in breach of these Terms should our failure or delay to meet our obligations in relation to the Products be due to any cause beyond our reasonable control.
Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, the following shall be regarded as causes beyond our reasonable control:
- act of God, explosion, flood, tempest, fire, or accident;
- war or threat of war, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance or requisition;
- governmental, parliamentary, or local authority, Acts, regulations, restrictions, byelaws, prohibitions, or measures of any kind;
- import and export regulations, restrictions, or embargoes;
- strikes and other industrial actions or trade disputes (be this ourselves or a third-party);
- difficulties in obtaining raw materials, labour, and other necessities;
- breakdown or loss of power in manufacturing.
We do not sell products for purchase by children. If you are under 18 you should not purchase goods from our website.
Any notice required or permitted to be given under these Terms shall be made in writing addressed to that other party at its registered office or principal place of business or such other address as may at the relevant time have been notified pursuant to this provision to the party giving the notice.
No waiver by us of any breach of these Terms by you shall be considered as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
If any provision of these Terms is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part the validity of the other provisions of these Terms and the remainder of the provisions shall not be affected thereby.
These Terms shall be governed by and shall be read and construed in all respects in accordance with English law and each of the parties hereto submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts as regards any claim, dispute or matter arising out of or relating to these Terms.
