How do I take Phentaslim?

Take one capsule twenty minutes before breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Take each capsule with a full glass of water. If you’re sensitive to caffeine, take the third capsule earlier in the evening or late afternoon.

Are there any side effects from taking Phentaslim?

For most people, the answer is no. Phentaslim can cause some mild side effects in a small number of users.

The most common of these is feeling too alert from the caffeine.
